As we continue to prepare for this year’s International Macrobiotic Conference, we would like to reach out to you with openness and care.
We are all aware that a certain level of uncertainty marks the global situation, and we understand that many of you may be making plans more cautiously than usual. We feel this too. With trust and commitment, we continue our preparations for the Conference, knowing that coming together, sharing experience, and supporting one another are important in these changing times.
More than ever, gatherings like this remind us of the value of community, human connection, and a shared vision of health, clarity, and meaningful living.
In this moment, we need to understand the real level of interest in the Conference. If you are thinking of joining us, we warmly encourage you to register as soon as you can (by filling out the registration form). Your registration helps us shape the event with greater care and realism, and supports us in making the best possible organisational decisions.
If you are planning to book your flight, we would also gently recommend choosing a ticket option that includes cancellation insurance, simply as an extra layer of reassurance.
And please know this: if the Conference needs to be cancelled due to force majeure, all payments made for the Conference will be fully refunded.
We want you to feel safe in your decision to register, and to know that we are approaching this process with responsibility, transparency, and respect for everyone involved.
